Additional Skills & Qualifications:

We do require a four year degree. Our most successful candidates for this role in the past have either had an advanced degree (primarily a JD Law) or have had extensive experience with negotiating contracts in a CRO or pharma environment. The role can be very tactical and fast paced, but there is also plenty of opportunity for going deeper into issues. Any candidate must be able to intelligently discuss contractual terms and be able to interpret and independently draft contract language. The CRO/pharma experience is strongly, strongly preferred just so we can have the candidate be productive quickly.
