  • Responsibilities
  • Making 80-100 outbound calls a day regarding:
    • How to make payments
      • Taking notes on interactions with customers to have documentation for calls made
    • Setting up payments plans or deferments
    • Using excellent customer service skills to walk customers through their personal financial situation to figure out which solution is best for them

  • Hours of availability/Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday (you will be given your schedule in advance)
    • 8am – 5pm (2) days per week
      • Friday 8am-5pm OR 11am 8pm (at least once a month)
    • 12pm- 9pm (2) days per week
  • Saturday
    • Saturdays (2) per month usually 8:00am – 12:00pm or 8am-2pm
  • Sunday
    • Sunday (1) per month between 3 pm – 9pm –
    • If it is the last day of the month your shift will be 12:00pm – 9:00pm
    • Last day of the month, regardless of day of the week (except for Sunday), shift will last entire 8:00am – 9:00pm

  • Training:
    • Training will last about a month and will be
    • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
    • Training will be onsite
    • Once training is finished, the position transitions to a work from home opportunity

The transition to work from home opportunity is temporarily based on performance. Eventually, all agents will return to the Winterville location.
