  • 6 Month Contract to Hire Opportunity
  • Onsite for 90 days then FULLY remote

  • Making outbound calls
  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Identifying consumer payment plans
  • Setting up consumer payments over the phone
  • Notating each call in the system
  • Provide information to Client Services as needed
  • Understanding and fully complying with all federal and state laws and regulations (including HIPAA) regarding collections policies and procedures
  • Meeting or exceeding metric goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must Have 2+ years of Medical Insurance Experience (pharma, medical, CMS, etc.) - ideally a variety of insurance knowledge
  • Must Have 2+ years of call center environment - pharma/insurance verification, patient access or eligibility, must be patient calls
  • Preferred to have EPIC experience, need to be at minimum EMR and System savvy - able to pick up multiple systems and multi-task
