This position will require you to work onsite for the first few months, the decision to allow you to work remotely is based on your attendance and performance.

You must have experience working in healthcare, familiarity with insurance providers is preferred: calling out to different insurances to verify coverage and explaining benefits to patients.


Making outbound calls

Receiving inbound calls

Identifying consumer payment plans

Setting up consumer payments over the phone

Notating each call in the system

Provide information to Client Services as needed

Understanding and fully complying with all federal and state laws and regulations (including HIPAA) regarding collections policies and procedures

Meeting or exceeding metric goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have 2+ years of Medical Insurance Experience (pharma, medical, CMS, etc.) - ideally a variety of insurance knowledge

Must Have 2+ years of call center environment - ok with pharma/insurance verification, patient access or eligibility, must be patient calls

Preferred to have EPIC experience, need to be at minimum EMR and System savvy - able to pick up multiple systems and multi-task
