Looking for a hands on technology project manager able to work with multiple internal and external teams on complex projects. Ideal candidate would be a Experienced project manager with 10+ years PM experience in Banking/Financial Services, able to work easily with stakeholders, communicate effectively with executive leadership and also across all levels of the organization. Other qualities and responsibilities include:

 Lead assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results.

 Ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time, within budget, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.

 Drives to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes.

 Understands the business/group and facilitates communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.

 Directs, manages, and coordinates team members including other project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants and contractors, as well as vendors.

They are looking for Project Managers that can manage large budgets. Many projects involving data transformation, commercial and/or retail lending, mobile, digital banking, etc.. These projects will be a mix of agile and waterfall. Company is going through an agile transformation. They currently use Clarity as their Project management tool, but experience is not needed here, just preferred.

Technical Project Manager- looking for someone who comes from a technical lead role into Project Management. Banking experience is required, cloud integration within banks/ Digital payments experience.
