Job Description
Our client, a contract manufacturer, is seeking a Business Operations Specialist for their team to help build and drive Lean continuous improvement systems and behaviors across the site and network. Scope includes leading continuous improvement projects, providing day to day support, training and coaching people, building and maturing of Lean systems.
Top Skills' Details
- GMP - previous experience working in GMP pharma environment, lab or manufacturing experience is ok as long as it has been within a pharma/cGMP environment
- Process Improvement - taking a process and working on improvement initiatives
- Manufacturing/ Lab - experience working with the process and understanding process improvement initiatives

Work Environment
M-F normal hours On Site
