Our Customer is looking for MSP Engineers to join their growing team. They have experience over 50% growth in the organization in the past year and hope to continue to do so. Our client needs Tier 1-Tier 3 Engineers. Tier 1 SE's will spend 70% of their time with Desktop work and about 30% on server work. Projects can include LOB, Apps, General PC performance, mini projects-deploying PC and hardware and even network issues here and there. Tier 3 folks will spend closer to 80-90% of their time on server work and handling high level escalation issues They are looking to place 1 engineer on their project team and 1 on their service team. -Project team work will consist of Client Onboarding, Server replacements, Moving servers, setups, Getting escalations from Service team. -Service team will consist of a full schedule of break/fix work as it relates to client servers and network. They will have clients as far as Winston-Salem but is a rare occasion you will go onsite there. Client has a main office in downtown Greensboro and is very flexible with schedule and remote work. (During current Covid restrictions 100% remote until lifted) After Covid it will be expected onsite with flexibility depending on needed work but most likely a minimum of 3 days onsite. We are looking for talented Level I or Level II Microsoft Systems Engineers, who have experience working in SMB environments as part of an MSP. We use ConnectWise as our PSA tool and need someone with experience there. We are going through significant growth and our environment is fast-paced, so we're looking for engineers who enjoy days that move quickly and tasks that will hone your skills. The only thing holding back our growth is the number of person-hours we have available. We are looking for engineers who love a good challenge and problem solving, and working in a close team environment. Depending on the day’s tasks, you might work in our office in Greensboro, NC or at a client site.
