GMP Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Consultant to assist us in transitioning our research and development facility in Greensboro, NC to a GMP compliant environment. This transformation is vital to the progression and success of our company, and we need a professional with a comprehensive understanding of the GMP landscape to drive this change. 

Responsibilities:

- Review, evaluate, and upgrade current processes to ensure GMP compliance.

- Develop, coordinate, and conduct GMP training for existing personnel.

- Provide advice on the use and implementation of MasterControl software.

- Implement aseptic cleaning processes and ensure staff are well-trained in these practices.

- Collaborate with various teams to foster an understanding of GMP requirements and standards.

- Implement effective quality management systems.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge and experience in GMP regulations and best practices.

- Proven experience in transitioning a facility from an R&D environment to a GMP compliant environment.

- Knowledge of MasterControl or similar quality management software.

- Excellent training and coaching skills.

- Strong understanding of aseptic cleaning procedures.
