The following is a summary of the Primary Job Responsibilities. It is not to be considered as an all-encompassing
list of job duties.
. Load BOM Transmittal data into KTC’s ERP system.
. Verify that BOM Transmittals that have been received are accompanied by all required documentation
(ex: assembly trees, drawings, and supplier quotes) prior to entering data into the ERP system.
. Perform a variety of data entry tasks within the ERP system such as verifying job structure and that data
loaded correctly, revising part records, revising job structure, and assigning operations to parts.
. Create BOM Transmittal records and save electronic copies to project folders.
. Deliver documentation packets, including communicating important transmittal notes, to purchasing
. Act as the Engineering Change Order (ECO) Coordinator performing responsibilities such as processing
ECOs through the ERP system, purchasing ECO parts, communicating changes to suppliers and
manufacturing, and tracking open ECOs to ensure timely completion.
. Deliver ECO parts after receipt to project ECO bins or request delivery of larger parts by S&H staff.
. Assist in purchasing and expediting of parts and other items as needed.
. Assist with front desk responsibilities (ex: answering/transferring phone calls, greeting visitors) while the
Administrative Assistant is out of office or on break.
. Any other reasonable activity as required by management

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college (no degree) or higher education preferred.
. Must have prior data entry experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System or similar
business database system. 2+ years of experience preferred. Experience using Epicor ERP is a plus.
. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
. Must have the ability to read and understand Bills of Material on drawings. The ability to read and
understand basic mechanical drawings is a plus.
. Experience handing communications involving email, phone, and face-to-face is a must.
. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to develop working relationships
with internal and external customers and suppliers.
. Must be flexible and able to adjust to ever changing priorities.
