Person will be responsible for all hardware and software deployments as plans for their RTO plan for the corporate centers, remote Regional Distribution Centers, Flatbed Centers, Real Estate offices and other remote facilities. Daily duties will include analyzing request of PC/Laptop, Build Laptop/PC, ship using UPS or FedEx and walk user through setup and installation.: desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals. Responsible for HW/SW break fix after deployment is complete. The technician will also be responsible for deploying software as required by the client. Provide weekly status reports to site leader for compiling a single status report for Program Manager. Proficient in Windows XP, HW/SW Break fix, PC Systems Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Access, and Visio. Work in team environment, understand of technical support needs for PC's. Customer Service Skills/Experience Business Professional Time Management Organization Skills Versatile and Flexible Dependable. Must be willing to work in Wilkesboro and Mooresville as required. Preferred experience in enterprise environment.

Must have in depth experience in one or more of the following areas:

* Remote control (e.g. SCCM, RDP)

* Cisco VPN, wireless networking

* Desk-Side support and an understanding of IP based networking technologies.

* Experience in Intel based data migration and file encryption (e.g. EFS, Bit Locker) utilizing hardware and software technologies

Has to have great customer service skills and work efficiently as well. Need to be okay with the manual labor aspect of the role. Need to be willing to move equipment from building to building for PC Set up and Some decommissioning as well.
