They have recently begun a partnership with this Health system as they come away from the Atrium network. They house two acute care hospitals, with roughly a dozen ambulatory clinics in the surrounding area.

They are building out a team of technicians initially for ongoing contracts starting February 1st through summer 2022. These folks should have experience within a professional setting supporting Windows 10 and additional peripheral device technology. The initial day to day will consist of rip and replace hardware refresh, full deployment of new equipment, then followed by more technical tasks including but not limited to workstation deployment, peripherals, EPIC TDR, etc.

In the summer, they’ll be implementing Epic, their Electronic Medical Record. Their goLive date is set for late June - getting ready for the big day requires a lot of preparation from deploying new machines, testing all devices to ensure they are working and supporting the end users throughout the transition.

On a day-to-day basis, the Epic TDR work will consist of print mapping, verifying deployments and making sure the devices are firing off to the correct locations. It is important that these folks have experience supporting end users and are dedicated to white glove service as they will be supporting healthcare workers in a mission critical setting.

Win10 technical support assessment is required to be submitted to the position along with two professional references.

Interviews will take place late December with a start date of February 1st.

Drug test, flu shot, background check and up to date vaccines (MMR, Varicella, TDAP, Covid) are required to onboard for the role – TEK will manage all scheduling and payment for screening.

In order for consideration need:

Win 10 Technical Support Assessment

Answers to screening questions:

How many win10 machines have you imaged and in what setting?

How have you imaged computers?

How many users were in your last professional environment?

% of in person support vs. over the phone

I don’t need answers to the following but please ensure you ask:

Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting wearing PPE?

If offered, this role will require drug, and vaccines, is this something you are comfortable with?
