Description:
Assign general ledger codes and enter vendor invoices Resolve discrepancies with vendors and customers Process customer credit applications Perform collections on customer accounts Perform administrative support duties for the office Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions Verify customer information is correct and current Interact with customers to resolve outstanding payment issues and ensure collection Prepare reports for management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and customer information Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions Maintain an accurate Accounts Receivable aging report Process Accounts Payable transactions Review vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entry to accounting software Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to telephone
