Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager
Job Description
This role involves providing leadership, mentoring, and management to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within the North American Fulfillment Network. You will develop maintenance department business plans, implement reliability plans to enhance facility uptime, and drive maintenance best practices to improve work methods and safety. Additionally, you will offer guidance on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues, oversee budget development and execution, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with maintenance execution and training across the network.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
- Develop and implement maintenance business and reliability plans.
- Drive maintenance best practices and standardize work methods.
- Advise upper leadership on maintenance and equipment lifecycle issues.
- Oversee budget development and capital planning.
- Manage vendor support and equipment relationships.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices and training drills.
- Develop and manage budget and contract documents.
- Provide visibility to Fulfillment Center General Managers on maintenance conduct.
- Recruit, interview, and hire top-tier talent for maintenance roles.
- Contribute to creating a world-class Maintenance organization.
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years of experience managing large, complex facilities organizations.
- 7+ years of upper management and leadership experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience in corporate or regional Maintenance roles with leadership of 80+ employees.
- Experience leading change in multi-site environments.
- 7+ years of experience managing employee performance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and process development.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Experience with material handling equipment and complex systems maintenance.
- Knowledge of Lean Concepts, TOC, layout design, and safety/ergonomics.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.
- MBA or other Master’s degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is based in a highly complex automated distribution center, leading a team of over 80 technicians to support 24/7 operations. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring high expectations and collaboration.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
Total Comp in year one -$200-220k
• Base Components:
o Base salary (typically capped around $150-170k)
o Sign-on bonus split over first two years (split evenly in their paychecks)
• RSU (Restricted Stock Units) grant over 4 years with a backloaded vesting schedule
o RSU Vesting Schedule:
Year 1: 5% (split between 6 and 12 months)
Year 2: 15%
Year 3: 40%
Year 4: 40%
