Customer Service Representative
Start Date: Every 3 weeks
Pay Rate: $16/hr Mon-Fri $17/hr for weekend hours & bilingual Spanish speakers
Contract Length: 3 month contract to hire
Worksite Location: Reno, NV 89521
Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-7pm Sat 7am-5pm
40 hours/week, 8 hours a day – must be flexible within this range

Job Description:
· Handle incoming calls promptly with tact and courtesy and professionalism at all times.
· Engage in positive rapport with members.
· Analyze requirements and resolve, answer, address and members' needs.
· Resolve member complaints accurately and timely with proper procedures & guidelines.
· Record information accurately in Call Center's database and/or shared systems as required.
· Provide feedback to manager(s) with reference to trends, possible problem areas and suggestions to improve overall departmental/company goals.
Qualifications:
Necessary:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Relevant work experience – can be call center or retail / hospitality if they are professional
Preferred:
1 year of previous experience in a similar customer role
Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and other business systems
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to exercise good judgment and use own initiative to excel
Ability to follow directions/procedures
Experience with computers, mouse, Windows, Excel
