Job Title: MEP Engineer

Job Description

• The candidate will work under the high level Engineer to draft HVAC systems using AutoCAD and REVIT.
• They will produce construction documents, including plans, details, specifications, and equipment schedules.
• The role involves performing load calculations and building performance analysis with a high level Engineer.
• The candidate will research codes and standards while selecting HVAC equipment and coordinate with other engineering disciplines and architectural trades.
• Participation in design discussions and meetings is expected, as well as documentation and analysis of existing building systems.
• The role also includes reviewing contractor RFI’s, equipment submittals, and conducting on-site construction inspection visits.
