Mechanical & Fire Protection Engineer

Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer Opportunity in Mineola, NY!

Job Description:

• Design and develop mechanical and fire protection systems for various projects.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate systems into building designs.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in fire protection and mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience with plumbing or fire protection
• Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering degree preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mineola, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $48.00/hr.
