What we need:
We are looking for a smart, creative Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager to join our Paid Search (Marketing) team in New York City to help grow our traffic and revenue and to scale up our international presence. If you are data-driven, marketing-minded, and passionate about paid search, you would be a valuable candidate to join our team. This role is based in New York City with a hybrid work schedule (2-4 days in the office weekly).
The Day-to-Day:
- Create, optimize, and grow pay-per-click campaigns, including keyword expansion, ad copy, and other optimization tactics, to drive traffic and conversion from Google, Microsoft Bing, and other search engines.
- Closely monitor campaign performance daily to ensure proper pacing and optimal results; evaluate weekly and monthly trends.
- Proactively analyze campaign, ad copy, and keyword performance to find new opportunities to drive traffic, conversions, and efficiency.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings and effectively communicate insights, data analysis, test results, and learnings based on campaign performance.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, specifically, in a data-decision role.
- BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Experience leveraging automated bid strategies (ROAS and CPA) to drive performance.
- Have an analytical mind and enjoy solving problems.
- Excel guru, master of pivot tables, lookup, formulas.
- Excellent, proactive communication skills, verbal and written.
- Results-driven and striving to make an impact on the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with minimal supervision.
What we'd love to see:
- Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce or Google Data Analytics Certificate Preferred
- Experience with paid search platforms: Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, or Marin

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.
The pay range for this position is below:
• 100,000 - 120,000 per year in New York
Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
