HIRING AN ARCHITECT IN NYC!!

Job Description:

We are seeking an intermediate architect for heavy conversion projects, with a strong sense of design and a keen interest in multifamily residential projects. You will work in an open office space overlooking the water in downtown Manhattan, near Battery Park. Our firm consists of 9 principals who each lead their own projects and build out their teams. We are committed to developing our people, and many of our team members find a long-term home with us. Our portfolio primarily includes high-end mixed-use and multi-family residential projects, with recent expansions into the institutional sector. The work is primarily done in Revit, including the design phase, focusing mainly on the interiors but also covering exteriors.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Revit
• Design Phase Experience
• High-end Mixed-Use and Multi-Family Residential Projects

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New York, New York and some days remote.
