REMOTE-Russian Call Center Representatives

You have a chance to work alongside our talented team of Bilingual-Russian Call Center Representatives, remotely! (MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK). You'll be responsible for partnering with Medicaid enrollees, transportation providers, medical providers and/or facility to provide great customer service while understanding, adhering to, and enforcing NYSDOH Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Call center / customer service / administration from healthcare
• Fluent in English AND Russian
  • Must be able to have a medical conversation in BOTH languages
• Must have a quiet and private work space, no distractions, with reliable internet
• Type 30WPM+
• No time off in the first 120 days

Work Environment:

• Location: REMOTE - Must live in New York State
• Equipment provided

The call center will be open Monday through Friday

• Shifts range: Various 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri
  • 30-minute lunch break with two 10-minute breaks
• Training is 3 weeks -The training schedule is 9:30 – 4:30 for two weeks – then go into regular schedule
