REMOTE-Russian Call Center Representatives
You have a chance to work alongside our talented team of Bilingual-Russian Call Center Representatives, remotely! (MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK). You'll be responsible for partnering with Medicaid enrollees, transportation providers, medical providers and/or facility to provide great customer service while understanding, adhering to, and enforcing NYSDOH Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:
- 1+ Call center / customer service / administration from healthcare
- Fluent in English AND Russian
- Must be able to have a medical conversation in BOTH languages
- Must have a quiet and private work space, no distractions, with reliable internet
- Type 30WPM+
- No time off in the first 120 days
Work Environment:
- Location: REMOTE - Must live in New York State
- Equipment provided
The call center will be open Monday through Friday
- Shifts range: Various 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri
- 30-minute lunch break with two 10-minute breaks
- Training is 3 weeks -The training schedule is 9:30 – 4:30 for two weeks – then go into regular schedule
