Position Description:
Cash management analyst. This position is responsible for operations in the Treasury group including daily cash management functions, supply chain finance activities, support role for various monthly and quarterly Treasury projects.

Location: Position is performed from the NYC office, with a hybrid schedule.

Cash Management:
  • Retrieve and reconcile previous day & current day bank account activity.
  • Report balances for money market accounts including daily purchase/redemption of funds.
  • Review and approve wire transfers in coordination with another Treasury department staff member.
  • Update and maintain wire transfer templates.
  • Responsible for check deposits for HQ and work with banks to issue certified checks for Business Units.
  • Manage ACH debit exceptions in bank portals.
  • Monitor and forecast cash liquidity levels
Supply Chain Finance:
  • Responsible for project enrollment in Turner's Accelerated Payment Program (APP).
  • Responsible for daily file APP file funding.
Ad hoc functions:
  • Monitor Dunn & Bradstreet reports, portal access and produce annual DNB letter.
  • Maintain Bank Scorecard and Credit Rating Matrix.
Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited and credentialed program in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • Cash management, cash forecasting, and/or cash transactions preferred.
  • Understand accounting principles (e.g. journal entries, general ledger, etc.)
  • Accuracy of data entry and proficient with databases and computer applications
  • Able to follow established procedures and execute directions to completion without need of follow up by management
  • Accountable to research problems and resolve to completion, escalate issues promptly, learn and apply knowledge quickly, and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, maintain accuracy, and self-check work
  • Must have a good work ethic and integrity, be dependable, adaptable, cooperative, and motivated to take on new responsibilities
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities as well as general office skills
  • Able to work independently, with some oversight, and in team environment
  • Proficient in financial systems, advanced MS Excel, familiar with Power BI
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, SAP, and Textura

The salary range for New York City candidates for this position is estimated to be 77,000 -90,000 annualized.
