Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description

• The Project Engineer will report daily construction activities, maintain daily material delivery tracking and various construction production logs, and prepare written work plans and drawings.
• Responsibilities include quality control of ongoing construction work according to project construction drawings and specifications, coordination of site deliveries with field personnel, procurement of materials, equipment rentals, and professional services, project scheduling, project accounting and cost tracking, and financial management.
• The role also involves writing Purchase Orders for various material purchases, equipment rentals, and subcontracts.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel to other remedial job sites

Work Environment

• Onsite remedial job with 1 Health and Safety manager onsite 95% of the time, 1 Superintendent in the field, 1 Project Engineer, and the Program Manager.
• The team will have access to an empty building across the street from the jobsite to work out of until the project is completed.
