Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (3-Month Contract)

Location: JFK Airport, New York, NY (On-site, 5 days/week)

Contract Length: 3 months, with potential for extension

Compensation: Flexible, based on experience and contract needs

Start Date: ASAP


About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume hiring initiative at JFK Airport. Our client, a major player in the aviation services industry, has secured a new contract requiring the hiring of 150+ employees by the fall. This is a fast-paced, on-the-ground role ideal for someone who thrives in bulk hiring environments and enjoys working directly with candidates.


Key Responsibilities

Support and facilitate on-site hiring events at JFK Airport

Conduct group interviews and participate in on-the-spot hiring decisions

Manage candidate flow and ensure a smooth, efficient interview process

Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet aggressive hiring targets

Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all candidates


Qualifications

Previous experience in high-volume or bulk hiring is required

Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or similar industries is strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative and lead candidate flow

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work on-site at JFK Airport, 5 days per week
