Job Description

The role of a Manufacturing Engineer is to ensure manufacturing processes and equipment are robust to support the demands of high volumes and tight product tolerances. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for driving efficiency through equipment up-time, while maintaining product quality. Use manufacturing metrics to drive quality into future product design and manufacturing process improvements. The successful candidate needs to be a team player, working with manufacturing colleagues, as well as cross-functional partners.

• Represent Manufacturing on cross-functional teams for the Product Lifecycle activities and ensure manufacturing deliverables are documented and properly approved.
• Maintain automated equipment and manual fixtures with a preventative maintenance program to maximize uptime, quality, and operator safety.
