Qualifications:
- 2 years of call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using CRM system
- Microsoft Office proficient
Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls from current and prospective customers and selling and scheduling service appointments.
- Manage multiple customer inquiries seamlessly, and proficiency in using CRM systems to document and follow up on customer interactions efficiently
- Follow up with customers on services performed and notify them of upcoming services
- Updating customer's information in the company database
- Transferring customers to appropriate personnel (technicians, managers, etc.)
- Other administrative duties as needed
