Description:
Responsible for analyzing roofing project requirements and calculating the costs, materials, labor, and timelines needed to complete the work. Their role sits at the intersection of construction planning, cost estimating, and sales support
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints, drawings, specs, and bid documents
- Understand project scope, including: roof type, size, site conditions and access logistics
- Cost Estimation: materials, labor, equipment
- Prepare and submit formal bids or proposals
- Quantity takeoffs
- Client/vendor communication
Qualifations:
- Must have commercial roofing experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
