Actalent Inc. is hiring for two Automotive Engineering Technicians to support Transmission Testing for an Research and Development environment.

Job Description

This role supports our testing and verification of drivetrain components. Technician will be responsible for testing and studying transmissions. pull transmissions, exchange specified components, rebuild, and install for testing. Candidate will also support testing at a vehicle test facility. Can perform diverse and complex technical assignments. Performs set-up, testing, fabrication and supporting calculations and may conduct moderate analysis. Compiles and organizes technical data. May prepare reports and make recommendations. Maintains and is able to troubleshoot test equipment in respective area. Fully proficient in usage of equipment and machinery. May identify and resolve routine and moderately complex problems
