Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will source talent from various platforms, manage the full recruitment cycle, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet our organizational needs.


Responsibilities

  • Source talent from job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and hiring criteria.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) effectively.
  • Manage job offers and the onboarding process.
  • Oversee internship programs and candidate assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and monitor hiring metrics.
  • Stay current on HR trends, tools, and employment law.

Essential Skills

  • 2 or more years of experience in recruiting.
  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing tool.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Work Environment

This position requires working in the office 2-3 days a week and being open to traveling to career fairs, schools, and community events for networking. The ideal candidate should be located near Wooster to facilitate these activities.

Compensation:$65000
