The Corporate Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing and the Company’s benefit plan and vendors. This person will be responsible for ensuring ADA & FMLA compliance, and have strong knowledge of state and federal leave laws as well as disability plans. The Benefits Manager will administer 401(k) enrollment and terminations, and process weekly and monthly reports as needed. The Benefits Manager will determine employee eligibility for various benefits plans and handle all COBRA paperwork. This person will manage all benefits audits and oversee Open Enrollment. The Benefits Manager will handle all vendor management, and provide the Human Resources and Executive team with solutions and new ideas to maintain competitive benefits packages.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field • 5+ years of benefits administration experience; previous management experience strongly preferred • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA and federal and state leave laws • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer service • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, notably Word and Excel • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple projects and deadlines • Experience with various HRIS systems • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
