Our healthcare client is looking to add additional contract resources to help with their day to day support. They are doing a domain migration that they will be moving their full time people over for, so they need to back fill them with contractors to help maintain the ticket cue as well as helping set up equipment for a new client (deployment). They will be doing the day to day deskside support, working through tickets, imaging, troubleshooting, connectivity issues, computer access issues, new user boarding.
