Description:
They have an offsite firm that handles their networking and general IT issues. We need someone onsite to do basic troubleshooting, software installs, PBX maintenance at an offsite firm that handles the networking and general IT issues. Need someone on site in the facility to troubleshoot problems with laptops and PC’s, be that onsite technical support person. Will be doing computer imaging (they don’t know what kind of software. This person will be pretty much be the only IT person on site)
Have to be comfortable getting on the ground and messing with cords. Looking for someone who has been in IT doing helpdesk/desktop for 3-5 years already, who wants to also get into network and infrastructure planning.
