Payroll Associate

Aston Carter is working with a client in the Walton Hills, OH area who is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team!

Description:

The Payroll / Accounting Manager is responsible for various payroll, accounting, administrative and communicative tasks.

• Responsible for processing payroll for 3 business entities
• Continuing Education, Travel and Expense Tracking & Reimbursements
• Responsible for certified payroll
• Job Costing including production tracking
• AR invoicing and AIA billing
• AR invoicing platform-based, GC Pay, Textura, Flashtract
• Create jobs in Foundation and distribution of work tickets
• Maintain Job Lists
• Monitor Billing Due dates by Job, to ensure compliance
• Fringe Benefit Reporting – Monthly
• Fringe Benefit/Payroll Audit compliance
• Make daily deposits

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have union payroll experience, ideally from a construction company
• Experience with Foundations software is a plus
• Experience processing payroll
• An understanding of billing is also a preference
• Attention to detail and ability to pick things up quickly
