The techs have to be IT generalists, they use Office 365 helps if someone has experience with that, servers, networks, someone with experience with routing and switches. They only use Unifi. Customer service is huge they will be answering calls and helping customers. They want to find someone with the right attitude and personality, more than the right skills. They want someone who is quick to learn and has a good attitude about it. They will be onsite 5 days a week. The hours will be 8:30 to 5. They do require that everyone be vaccinated. Around 1-2 years of experience, willing to learn and train.

Job Description:

• Answering incoming support calls and monitor support queue for new requests

• Monitor and maintain Managed Services client environments

• Troubleshoot IT issues remotely using an in-house RMM tool, bring issues to


• Provide excellent customer service

• Create and maintain documentation regarding client environments and company


• Provide day-to-day IT support to clients

• Assist with IT project development and planning

• Assist with new client site assessments

Desired Skills and Expertise: Tier III Help Desk

• Degree in IT or related field, equivalent work experience, or technical

certifications preferred

• Experience working with Microsoft OS / PC and server

• Demonstrated experience working on an IT helpdesk, 2-4 years in a technical

support role (supporting multiple end clients a plus)

• Experience setting up IT networks/ infrastructure (switches, routers (cisco /

adtran), VPN, TCP/IP, and Ethernet technologies)

• Familiarity with various backup and recovery solutions, anti-virus, spam,


• Experience with datacenter and cloud solutions, Hyper-V / VMWare, Office 365

• Understanding of supporting Managed Services clients

• Knowledge of Active Directory administration, DNS, and remote monitoring


• Experience with O365 a plus

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization skills

•Must be able to lift 50 pounds

•Friendly, professional, enthusiastic demeanor
