Construction Entry-level 1st 2nd & 3rd Shift $19-19.75/hR + OT

Aerotek is looking for full-time Construction Workers on all shifts.
Patchers work in the yard and are outside in whatever weather has been handed their way their entire shift. The only times they may not be
outside patching is when it is thundering/lightening and if it is below 20 degrees due to the patches inability to stick.
Patchers are on their feet performing manual labor their entire shift. Daily they are handed a Patch list, the Patch list includes a list of walls that need to be attended to and fixed that day.
These walls have come out of production and are in need of adjustments so that they match the cast book they are assigned too. They are using electric metal grinders and saws to fix any imperfections and then patching the area with concrete.
They may also be carrying around propane tanks and torches to help dry the patches quicker.
Shift: Will work 8-12/hr shift including OT as needed
Pay: $19-19.75/hr to start. Raises every 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, etc.
