Typical Day:
• Providing customer service to clients/drivers by answering inbound calls: 4 types
1. Accident Claims
2. Setting up Rentals
3. Glass Claims
4. Roadside Assistance
• Obtain and document all required information from caller and accurately putting it in the system
• Almost every call is inbound- will receive overflow of operator calls (will become knowledgeable in all departments)- only outbound calls you will make are to body shops, towing companies, etc. to provide the client with the information and a solution to their problem
- Sample call:
1. Take inbound call and ask for there location, they will know the latitude/longitude or where they are located.
2. Document that into the system correctly
3. Where to tow, what tow to get (tow truck, flatbed, etc.) and the damage on the vehicle
4. Document that into the system correctly while providing top notch customer service
5. Follow up with drivers to ensure they get back on the road efficiently
Skills:
csr, customer service, data entry, administrative assistant, customer support, dispatcher, call center
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- MUST be efficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- MUST be able to multi-task
- MUST have customer service experience
