Field Service Engineer-Electrical

Aerotek Engineering is hiring 5 field service engineers/technicians for their service team. These positions would be focused with 90% travel across the country and into Canada. Candidates would traveling to customer sites. Manufacturing faculties of pharmaceuticals and medical device manufactures.
The Service Representative - Control Systems Software Designer is responsible for all quoting activities required to meet their customer quote requirements in a timely manner including gathering, creating or providing information as needed. The Service Representative is also accountable for machinery repairs, programming and service at customer facilities for both warranty and non-warranty issues. They will also be the main service contact for strategic customer accounts
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment at the customer’s facility and make the necessary adjustments to bring equipment up to running status.
Report and correct abnormal equipment conditions and inaccurate actions by customer staff.
Support developing operating and troubleshooting knowledge of the operations team.
Review/suggest additional tools or equipment necessary to better operate or maintain customer equipment.
Make recommendations to repair/replace only items that require repair/replacement.
Travel to both domestic and international customer locations for long and short term support.
