Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals

Utilize Taleo Applicant Tracking System to manage positions and candidates
Track and report key metrics designed to measure effectiveness and staffing activity
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Human Resources OR 5+ years of experience
1-3 Years of Previous Full Cycle Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
