DIRECT HIRE CNC OPERATORS AND MACHINISTS - $20+
Shift: 2nd, 3rd

Adhere to safety procedures and process.
Familiar with using basic tools (tape measure, caliper, protractor, etc.)
Examining work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with tools or templates to ensure items are designed and built correctly.
Read and understand blueprints, set-up sheets, work orders and other basic instructions.
Problem solving skills will be needed to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
Good math skills will help machine operators understand complex instructions and make the proper adjustments to make sure items are designed and built correctly.
Communicate and reason with coworkers as some jobs require multiple personnel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-One Plus years of cnc machining experience.
GED or High School diploma required, certificate from a technical or vocational school is preferred.
Understand and apply Fabrication of metal forming techniques and ability to operate Press brake equipment with skill
Steel/Aluminum experience is preferred
