Work Environment

- This company manufactures elevator components and their parts

- $18 to $25

- 1st shift 6a to 230p should expect 40-45hrs a week, not a lot of OT

- 6 month contact to hire


- Looking for one facilities maintenance technician

- Candidates will be performing industrial maintenance and some building maintenance

- Industrial maintenance on CNC Mill Machines

- Mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment

- Responsible for air leaks, sensors, motors, valves, gears, bearings, forklifts, swap belts, shafts

- Electrical troubleshooting up to 240v

- Building maintenance, dry wall, electrical sockets, air systems, plumbing, shovel snow, change lights and light ballast etc.

- Minor fabricating

- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office to send emails and check work orders

- Reading of prints and schematics

- Going up to 20ft to 25ft in the air on a man lift/hoist

- Lifting up to 50lbs as needed

- Operate equipment as needed
