Job Title: Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

Actalent Services is looking for a Patient Account Representative to support operations with a closed-door pharmacy in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

SHIFT:

2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm

Will require rotating weekends (SAT & SUN - will have 2 weekdays off) - 9am-5pm

Responsibilites

Manage Patient Billing and Accounts: Process insurance claims, verify coverage, handle billing inquiries, and collect payments.

Maintain Patient Records: Update and keep accurate patient account records while ensuring confidentiality.

Communication: Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing and account status.

Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, filing, and prepare reports on billing activities.

Customer Service and Compliance: Provide exceptional customer service, assist with billing statements, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
