Location: Wagoner, OK

Shift: Day Shift (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
Overtime: Frequent OT, occasional Saturdays
Job Description
The Assembler will engage in “Lacing” or “Bundle Assembly”, manually positioning parts or using an overhead crane to bundle or lace tubing into headers. This role involves consistent physical labor, including frequent lifting of 50 lbs or more, and working in a fabrication shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Position parts manually or with an overhead crane for bundling or lacing into headers
- Frequently lift weights of 50 lbs or more
- Set up sideframes and assemble tubes into headers
- Roll tubes into headers and perform hydro testing
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
Essential Skills
- Assembly and mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience working with heat exchangers
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and quality control practices
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in the heat exchanger industry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to safely operate an overhead crane (training provided)
- Strong regard for safety standards and procedures
- Experience using tools such as:
- Impact wrenches
- Hand drills
- Allen drills
- Band cutters
- General hand tools

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
