TEKsystems is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician in Bartlesville, OK!
We are looking for a helpdesk technician local to the Bartlesville area or willing to commute to sit on site with one of our large clients.
This person will need Windows experience along with IT ticketing system experience and day-to-day troubleshooting skills of Windows platforms and applications, as well as basic network troubleshooting including VPN access and connectivity.
- Nice to have skills are Office365, Windows10, ServiceNow.
- If you have prior experience supporting people remotely that will stand out.
- Excellent customer service is a must!
We need someone who is reliable and will work 40 hours/week. M-F 7a-4p
We need someone who is able to communicate well with others and also work within a team environment.
