Description:

An Aston Carter client is adding multiple Patient Service Agent's to their call center teams in OKC and elsewhere across the organization.


Fast paced call center environment, responsible for scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages for Clinics. Delivering excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette, while providing patients with general information with regards to appointments, messages, or general questions.


These candidates will train on site for 4-6 weeks and then convert to WFH long term.


Candidates will be assisting patients from this client's physician's group (not hospital) with any patient access needs. They also could be routing

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 year of customer service experience - call center role preferred


Experience in a role where a computer was used on a daily basis - in absence of this experience candidates need to find and complete a typing test with at least 40 WPM and send us a screenshot of their results.


Healthcare experience preferred


The Importance of Attendance: Attendance is EVERYTHING. Mercy contractors and employees must be at work everyday and on-time.. Your contractor CANNOT miss any time in first 90 days. If your candidate absolutely requires time off in the first 90 days of the assignment, I MUST know about it before you sub your candidate. Contractors will be RELEASED for missing ANY time (not previously approved) during the first two weeks of training will be released.


Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
