Description:

The Nurse Coordinator/ Scribe works directly with the physician and assists with documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) of any verbally communicated or written information or orders, provides patient education and training and coordinates care with external providers. They will work with patients on care management long term including appointments, follow ups, referrals, checking on lab work in the Clinical environment. They will assist physicians.
