Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. • Experience: o Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, with at least 3 years in a security-focused role. o Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). o Proven experience in designing and implementation of pipelines in environments such as Github, Azure Devops, Gitlab, etc. o Proven experience in maintaining, monitoring and improving the security posture of production systems using DevSecOps principles. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Security, or similar are highly desirable. • Technical Skills: o Proficient in scripting and automation languages such as Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi. o Proficient in cloud specific CLIs. o Proficient in creating CI/CD pipelines with embedded security automation steps. o Experience with security tools and frameworks (e.g., SAST, DAST, SIEM). o Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols. o Knowledge and practical experience with the MITRE ATT&CK framework for threat modeling, detection, and mitigation. • Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
