🔬 QA/QC Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality efforts at a fast-paced manufacturing site. This is more than just a compliance role—you’ll be the go-to quality leader, partnering across operations, engineering, and technical teams to improve processes, solve problems, and elevate product performance.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As the site’s quality leader, you’ll take ownership of both quality strategy and day-to-day execution:
- Lead and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control across raw materials, production, and finished goods
- Drive root cause investigations for quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement actionable improvements
- Establish and track site quality metrics to ensure visibility and accountability
- Lead internal audits, document control, and compliance activities
- Partner with operations, engineering, and R&D to improve first-time-right performance
- Support new product launches and management of change (MOC) initiatives
- Represent quality in customer and supplier interactions
- Coach and guide teams to build a strong, proactive quality culture
✅ What We’re Looking For
🎯 Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
- Strong experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or chemical environments
- Knowledge of GMP, regulated processes, and quality systems
- Experience with laboratory testing, inspections, and measurement systems
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful improvements
➕ Preferred:
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with systems like SAP, LIMS, or similar
- Experience in blending, mixing, or chemical production environments
