Assemblers Needed in Hillsboro, OR! Full time, great long term opportunity in manufacturing.
Schedule: day shift, Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
Will be building/assembling mechanical frames and electrical wire harnesses. Will be utilizing blueprints/schematics in order to correctly build product for customers.
•Maintain a safe and clean work area.
•Follows assembly instructions and quality procedures to meet output requirements.
•Support the training of team members and collaborates to drive improvement and efficiency.
•Maintains a good working relationship with department colleagues and the supporting departments.
•Performs quality work checks to ensure the assembly meets quality standards.
•Requires standing for most of the day and will include work at floor level as well as atop a ladder.
•Light assembly of components ranging from small fittings, piping to light metal framework.
•Utilize hand tools and small power tools.
•Ability to work with independently.
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Good attendance/reliability
- Experience with any sort of assembly
- Blueprint and schematic reading is a plus but not a requirement
