Hiring for a Recruiter to Support a Global Sportswear Company!

Fully Remote, Supporting PST Hours.

Pay: $38/hr

Duration: 6 Month Contract to start.


This role will be supporting Brand, Product and Direct to Consumer POD. Think more marketing and product management side.

  • Support the assigned business in providing hands on recruiting support.
  • Assess and define sourcing strategies to ensure we have a quality and diverse candidate pool to present to the business.
  • Responsible for carrying a full req load, scheduling, conversions, and internal recruitment.
  • Partner with hiring managers, compensation and HRBPs to partner on offers and comp philosophy.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and build strategies for each req to make the best quality hire for the business.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, making necessary adjustments to meet hiring needs.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs and be the talent expert and partner to the business.
  • Post open positions to our company website, with professional diverse organizations, and to all pertinent or industry-related job boards.
  • Utilize social media channels to find and attract talent as well as to further our employment brand.
  • Maintain regular communications with qualified future candidates.
  • Conduct and document pre-screening interviews and give quality and detailed feedback to hiring managers.
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment including ownership of the offer process, preparing offer details, collaborating with HR partners, and hiring managers on comp, equity, and any additional offer details prior to giving to the candidate.
  • Giving a verbal offer to the top candidate, updating Workday with the offer details, and employment placement documentations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Brand/Product preferred. But not necessary. Mid level corp or agency recruiter would work - will train on some of the business.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years of in-house, full life cycle recruiting. No previous university recruitment experience required.
  • Strong lead generation skills a must with the ability to develop sourcing plans for hard-to-fill requisitions.
  • Ability to partner, collaborate, consult, and gain trust quickly with all levels of our organization.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR, compensation, and team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes and identify strong fit.
  • Strong communicator, both written and oral.
  • Experience in Retail, Apparel, or Footwear industries highly desired.
