IT Support Technician
This is a direct hire position.

About this position:
We're looking for a Support Technician to join our awesome team. As the main point of contact for our employees, you'll be providing top-notch support for troubleshooting requests and resolving tickets in a timely manner. It's a dynamic role where you'll be working with various systems and platforms, so adaptability is key.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person for our growing user base, helping them out with software and hardware troubleshooting via different channels.
  • Keep an eye on computers, phones, and networks, making sure they're up to date, secure, and running smoothly.
  • Assist our on-site team with setting up new equipment, onboarding new users, and even opening new office locations remotely. How cool is that?
  • Sort out support requests by either passing them on to the right internal departments or getting in touch with external vendors/SaaS providers if needed.
  • Take care of password resets, managing entitlements/permissions, and creating/terminating user accounts.
  • Create easy-to-follow documentation for self-service support, addressing common questions, and finding ways to make things more efficient.
  • Help users get up to speed with our technology platforms and workflows through training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Technology department on ongoing projects and implementations. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Skills and Requirements:

  • Familiarity with ticket tracking systems like JIRA, ConnectWise, or ZenDesk. You've got this!
  • Experience using remote support software such as ScreenConnect/CW Control or LogMein.
  • Know your way around device management tools like InTune, LabTech/CW Automate, or N-Able.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise email systems like Microsoft 365 or Exchange
  • Familiarity with Microsoft servers/services such as Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SharePoint.
  • Understand single sign-on environments like Okta or Azure
  • Know your stuff when it comes to networking, including TCP/IP, IPSEC VPNs, DNS, firewalls/NAT, and VOIP.
  • Windows 10/11 is a piece of cake for you
  • Your knowledge of the financial industry and compliance/regulatory requirements is top-notch.
