The role is project-based to help create training videos and content for the production workforce.

  • The role will help with all three aspects (video, pictures, writing) into a new system called Poka.
    • These are instructional training videos for very basic aspects of the role.

-Observing and taking notes/photos/video on existing processes completed by operators

-Editing video and photos for use in process work instructions – training will be provided

-Creating digital work instructions using existing software, adding in photos and videos where necessary

-Attending bi-weekly committee meetings to present open task list and obtain next assignments

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • All of the Pictures and Videos will be done with Apple Ipad or phone. Must be comfortable with Apple products.
  • Experience in any type of manufacturing documentation could help but is not required since they are teaching people who have never done these roles on how to run the machines.
  • Preferred experience in work instruction creation.

  • Work Environment
  • Position is onsite for information gathering and video/pictures then can continue to work onsite to put together the content and edit video. 
  • OR could work from home but may need to come back in for meetings to share with leadership.  


  • Open to hours they work but must have them cross over some days with the manufacturing engineering team (7:30am-3:30pm). 
  • Other days they can work even earlier since the facility is open early hours
