Front desk receptionist duties Answering/transferring calls and assisting customers Records management Data entry Assisting with with scheduling and work order generation Assisting with accounts receivable Work closely with Operations manager to understand incoming material schedule and establish delivery dates for products Communicate with customers regarding status of orders and delays in shipments Enter and maintain sales orders with special attention to detail and accuracy Assist and support the outside sales staff and other office personnel as necessary Other duties as assigned by management
